I am a Washington State/Online EMDR therapist. Graduate of Northwest University, Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and trained through EMDR Consulting. FLASH Technique trained under Dr. Manfield.
I would like to come alongside you to help reduce your pain and distress, decrease the grip of those persisting images and events that have kept you bound up, and help bring sense and purpose to your story. Traditional talk therapy is also used to support this work in alternating sessions or as desired. I offer FREE 15 min. phone consultations.
